Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over R1,000. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times beyond the estimates above.
International Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time. Stay tuned, we have plans to expand!
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@thandibloom.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos where applicable and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
