Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thandi & Bloom purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged)
- Items that have been opened or used (unless faulty)
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thandibloom.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@thandibloom.co.za within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
